Did you purchase a ClearVoice PBX ?

If you purchased an IP PBX from ClearVoice then you already know that your system comes with 20 hours of Remote Support. Whether it's common questions to adding and changing your service if it can be done remotely there is no charge under the initial 20 hours. This adds up to huge savings for the customer and also creates a common bond from our company to yours. Most issues or questions can be handled remotely. The first year warranty includes up to 4 hours of onsite time and will incur a trip charge for the time traveled but not for the time spent on site under 4 hours.

After the 1st year support plans are available depending on your needs. Yearly support contracts provide the peace of mind and flexibility to keep your system up to date and backed up. Hourly rates for purchased systems are $65/hour during normal business hours. After hour and weekend rates are $120/hour. Below you will find two options to extend the life of your system and always have the peace of mind that you can turn to.

For CVD1 Support Plan : $900.00 Pre-Paid yearly support plan includes :

  • Weekly offsite Backups
  • 30 hours of Remote Support including adds, moves and changes (comes withup to a 2 hour response time).
  • Includes 2 on-site training or support calls.(up to 2hr maximum per visit)
  • 24/7 System Outage Support and Troubleshooting.
  • 20% Reduced hourly rate for on site visits above the included 2. Applies both to Regular and After Hours Rate.
  • Includes yearly on-site system maintenance and cleaning (expect 15 minutes of downtime)

  • For CVD2 Support Plan. $450 Pre-Paid Yearly Support plan includes :

  • Monthly Offsite Backups.
  • 10 hrs of Remote Support including adds, moves and changes. (up to a 3 hour response time).
  • M-F Business Hours support for System Outages (24/7 support available, after hours rates apply)
  • 10 % reduced hourly rate for anything exceeding the intital 10 hrs. Applies to regular rate only.

  • Have your own PBX and fed up with your current Vendor ?
    Not ready to change your system right now and tired of dealing with your old vendor. Tell us the make and model of your PBX or Key System and we will let you know if we can help. Our expertise and knowledge are expanding all the time so we can't list all of the systems here but some of the main one's include: Toshiba, NEC, Nortel, Avaya, Intertel, Mitel, and many more. Anytime we are asked to take over support on a Legacy PBX we require at least a 2 hour on-site survey of the phone system, configuration settings so that we may document the set up for future troubleshooting procedures. If you did not purchase a system through ClearVoice and want support on yours the standard hourly rate applies at $90/hour. All work is done time and materials.

    After Hours Support Options
    Because we feel that support should not be limited to your normal operating hours, we offer after hours support for customers that have to be up and running by the next day or that night. After hour and weekend rates are $120/hr. Trip Charges apply for time traveled.

    ClearVoice Support Guarantee
    Any work done by any one of our Technicians is covered for the life of your system. This only applies as long as the changes we originally made we're not tampered with including natural causes of failure or a system reset.

    We know call centers need a lot of support that is why we offer our discounted rate of $80/hour. After hours and standard rates apply.
